The ‘Still Living’ Update

Currently, I’m working too late, being ineffective once I get home, maybe cooking or shopping and maybe sleeping as much as I would like or not. There is little chore-doing or exercising. Little = none of either.

And I have another weekend of busy time on the horizon. But after that it’s smooth sailing right? Thought so.

  1. I adore your sarcasm, Rose! I really, really do!

    Hang in there, my friend!

    • Thanks, Kathy. Things will settle out and I’ve had relaxing weekends, but in the meantime I’m a little harried to say the least.

  2. Hope this weekend ushers in a sense of ease for you, Rose. I *won’t* keep my fingers crossed for progress on the cooking, shopping, sleeping, chore-doing, or exercising fronts. Who needs the pressure? Not me, so I’ll stand in solidarity with you. NO SLEEP! NO CHORES! NO EFFIN’ EXERCISE!! (I’m off to make protest banners as we speak.)

PS: You guys picked a good weekend to come up to the lake. We were walloped with snow soon after you left and are now dealing with gigantic puddles of slush. No going outside today!

  3. Who does need the pressure?! Really! Thanks, Dana. The protest banners are a real honour. I’m so glad we went when we did though we did not pick the best weekend for skiing, on the other hand. Still fun, of course, but you know.
